About the Role
We are looking to recruit customer-focused Ticketing Agents to provide support, information and operational assistance for sales services, actively contributing to the quality and efficiency of the service provided.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide customer support, seeking to satisfy and/or refer identified needs for resolution;
- Sell, record and process revenue from the sale of tickets and/or other products from partner organisations, at ticket offices and on trains in transit;
- Collect payments and restock vending machines with change and consumables;
- Where necessary, carry out checks and inspections of tickets on trains or at platform access points.
Working Hours
- Shift-based working pattern, characterised by irregular hours, including day and night shifts, work at weekends and on public holidays, with rotating rest periods.
Mandatory Requirements
- Educational qualifications equivalent to the 12th year of schooling or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Preferred Requirements
- Professional experience in sales activities, customer service or the security of people and property;
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French;
- Proficiency in using IT systems and technological equipment.

Selection Process
- Candidates will undergo a psychological assessment, an English language proficiency test, an interview and a medical examination;
- Entry into the Ticketing Agent role is subject to attendance at a specific training course, lasting approximately 4 months, and passing the relevant final assessment exam.
Required documentation
- School leaving certificate;
- Criminal record certificate, to be submitted for the purposes of signing the employment contract.
