Selection process
We will conduct the selection process in several stages, starting with a preliminary screening of CVs, during which we assess applications against the position's requirements. We will then contact candidates by telephone to confirm their interest and to gain a deeper understanding of their experience and motivations. After this phase, candidates will undergo psychological, knowledge, and aptitude tests (each advertisement identifies the specific tests) that enable us to assess the skills and personal characteristics relevant to the vacancy. We will also carry out a medical examination to ensure the candidate is physically fit for the job. In some selection processes, candidates who pass the previous stages will participate in selective professional training. After the training, we will extend a job offer, and if accepted, we will proceed with the onboarding process, which involves integrating the new employee into our team.
