Selection process

We will conduct the selection process in several stages, starting with a preliminary screening of CVs, during which we assess applications against the position's requirements. We will then contact candidates by telephone to confirm their interest and to gain a deeper understanding of their experience and motivations. After this phase, candidates will undergo psychological, knowledge, and aptitude tests (each advertisement identifies the specific tests) that enable us to assess the skills and personal characteristics relevant to the vacancy. We will also carry out a medical examination to ensure the candidate is physically fit for the job. In some selection processes, candidates who pass the previous stages will participate in selective professional training. After the training, we will extend a job offer, and if accepted, we will proceed with the onboarding process, which involves integrating the new employee into our team.

Initial screening

The initial screening stage aims to analyse the applications and identify the profiles that best match the requirements of the position. During this phase, our team will assess your professional experience, academic background, technical skills and other relevant qualifications. To increase your chances of selection, we suggest that your CV is up-to-date, clear, and objective. Highlight your most recent and relevant experience for the position in question and, whenever possible, include specific skills that may be valued. Tailoring your CV to reflect your interest in the role and the company, while also showing how your experience and skills align with the position's needs, can be a good strategy. Additionally, it is essential to ensure that your CV is free of grammatical and formatting errors, as this conveys professionalism and attention to detail.

Psychological and knowledge tests

The Psychological and Knowledge Tests aim to assess the candidate’s cognitive and behavioural skills and their level of technical preparation for the role. This stage allows the company to gain a more in-depth understanding of the candidate’s skills and profile.

Medical examination

The selection team calls candidates who pass the previous stages to take a Medical Examination, which aims to assess the physical and mental aptitude of the candidate for the duties required by the position. The Medical Examination ensures that the candidate is fit to perform the required activities with protection for their health and that of others, guaranteeing a safe and efficient working environment. The medical team keeps the examination results confidential. CP only receives the final fitness opinion.

Training

In cases where initial training is required, it shall commence after the candidate has passed the previous selection stages. The candidate must pass the training at the end.

Proposal/Acceptance

Once the previous steps have been completed, the selection team notifies candidates of the outcome of the selection process. It provides the final offer, confirming their interest and setting the admission date.

At the end of the process, the selection team informs candidates who did not succeed.

Onboarding
