About the Role

We are seeking Senior Technicians to join the Maintenance and Engineering Department (DME) in the Planning and Activity Management – Management Support and Control area, to perform duties related to planning support, budget monitoring, management control, and administrative support, with knowledge of SAP and attention to detail in handling information.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the preparation, monitoring, and control of the annual Activity and Budget Plan of the Maintenance and Engineering Department, in coordination with the workshop areas and the relevant Planning and Control area;
  • Support the various departments of the Maintenance and Engineering Division in coordination with the Finance Division on financial and administrative matters, and with the relevant Planning and Control department on budgetary matters;
  • Monitor the preparation, execution, and reporting of the Maintenance and Engineering Department’s Annual Work Plan, specifically regarding the Investment Budget and Operating Budget, ensuring periodic monitoring of budget execution, the Action Plan, and the Department’s strategic projects and initiatives, including multi-year commitments;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of periodic management control reports and in supporting the budgetary aspects of processes and proposals to be submitted to the Board of Directors;
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the Maintenance and Engineering Department’s central departments, specifically in the administrative and accounting control of expenses associated with the Fixed Cash Fund, in monitoring contracts managed by the Directorate regarding invoicing and price revisions, and in processing purchase requests with the relevant departments;
  • Record and internally route correspondence, financial documents, and other administrative materials;
  • Provide administrative support for Maintenance and Engineering Department personnel management matters, including the processing, recording, and routing of relevant information and support for administrative processes associated with the day-to-day management of employees, as defined above.

 

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics.

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
