CP Card – How to request?

You can request your CP Card in two ways:

  • On the CP website, in the Customer Area (request via Chave Móvel Digital)

  • At any CP ticket office

To request the digital version of the Card at the ticket office, it is necessary to present your Citizen Card.

Available options:

  • Card (physical + digital version)
    Delivered within a maximum of 10 business days to a station of your choice or sent by mail to your residence.
    After the physical card is issued, the digital version will be available immediately on the CP App.

  • Card (digital-only version)
    Available after payment for the card.

  • The card (physical and digital) will only be associated with the Customer if the email provided during the request is the same as the one used for registration in myCP.
  • If you already have a physical CP Card, the Digital Card will automatically appear in the CP App, under "Wallet > Mobility Cards." This card only allows you to travel with the Green Railway Pass. Any other loaded tickets, if available, will only be visible for consultation.
  • The CP card (physical + digital version) will only be visible in the CP App if the email provided during the request matches the one registered in myCP.
  • If you made the request on the CP website and selected both the physical and digital versions of the card, and chose to pick up your physical card at the ticket office, please present the document you received by email when your request was confirmed or the Digital Card already available in the CP App.
