We are committed to guaranteeing Passengers with Special Needs access to rail transport in the stations and trains where that s possible.

SIM requisition

To request assistance in getting on and off our trains, you must ask through the following channels:

  • Telephone - 808 100 746 (808 100 SIM) (Price of a local call according to your tariff, with a maximum of 0.07€ + VAT for the first minute and 0.0277€ + VAT for each subsequent minute on weekdays from 9am to 9pm or 0.0084€ + VAT from 9pm to 9am, weekends and public holidays, as defined by Anacom) or (+351) 219 023 487 (Price of a call to Portugal according to your tariff).
