About the Role

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our technical team in the field of railway vehicle maintenance, ensuring the installation, maintenance and repair of industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic and electromechanical systems, guaranteeing their safety, reliability and operational performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock in accordance with established maintenance plans;
  • Install, test and repair workshop facilities and mechanical, electrical and electronic systems on railway vehicles;
  • Maintain, repair, adjust, install and test equipment and their components, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, rotating electrical machinery, internal combustion engines and other mechanical, electrical and electromechanical assemblies and interior fittings on railway vehicles;
  • Adjust, calibrate, operate and handle tools, machine tools and, in general, all industrial equipment necessary for industrial activity;
  • Process or prepare raw materials for specific purposes, including the calibration, assembly, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical or electronic installations or equipment and interior fittings;
  • Carry out or assist with the washing, lubrication and maintenance of railway vehicles, their systems, equipment and components, and the painting of railway equipment or vehicles;
  • Ensure compliance with current safety and quality standards and technical procedures.

 

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum compulsory education: 12th year

or

  • Vocational training in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electronics (level 4), equivalent to the 12th year.

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge in the field of Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering, Mechanics or Mechatronics, or Electronics;
  • Knowledge in the field of maintenance or repair of equipment and/or workshop facilities (preferably with experience).

 

Skills

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
