CP Volunteers

Paint a house, renew a Life.

On one of the hottest days of the year, the heat did not dampen the dedication and spirit of solidarity of yet another team of CP volunteers. With determination and heartfelt commitment, they joined forces to transform a house – a mission that is part of the ‘É UMA CASA, Lisboa Housing First’ project, promoted by the CRESCER Association.

For an entire day, with paintbrushes, rollers, and a lot of mutual help, the house was completely painted, in an exemplary effort that reflects CP's true commitment to social responsibility and a fairer, more inclusive society.

What is the “É UMA CASA, Lisboa Housing First” project?

An innovative response that ensures immediate access to individualised housing, distributed throughout the city of Lisbon, with specialised technical support.

It is aimed at people:

  • in chronic homelessness;
  • with mental disorders;
  • who use psychoactive substances;
  • with health problems;
  • in poverty, marginalisation or social isolation;
  • who are the targets of social stigma;
  • with post-traumatic stress disorder.

CP Pride

This gesture is more than just painting: it is dignity, care and closeness.

CP's Social Responsibility team would like to express its sincere gratitude to everyone who participated. Your dedication is inspiring and deserves everyone's recognition.

We will continue to work together to make a difference, one gesture at a time.

Partnerships that transform

Special thanks to Robbialac, which joined this cause by offering CP the paint used in the intervention. This gesture is a clear example of how social causes can also be an opportunity to create partnerships where everyone wins, especially those who need it most.
