Type: 

• Normal request of a normal Child, Youth, Retiree/pensioner and Senior Citizen Navegante card – 7,00 €; 
• Normal request of a Sub 4_18 + TP and Sub_23 + TP Navegante card– 3,50 €; 
• Urgent request of a normal Child, Youth, Retiree/pensioner and Senior Citizen Navegante card – 12,00 €; 
• Urgent request of a Sub 4_18 + TP and Sub_23 + TP Navegante card – 6,00 €; 
• Request of a CP Card– 6,00 €; 
• Request of CP card - Cartão Dourado retiree/pensioner – 3,00€; 
• Sending CP card to customer's address - 2,50 €; 
• Transport of lost items – 5,00 €.

Under the most recent wording of Law 28/2006 of 4 July, a fine of between €120 and €350 may be imposed on urban and regional routes of up to 50 km.
