I have specific mobility needs. Does CP have a service to help me?

Customers with Specific Needs (CSN) are all individuals who, wishing to use CP trains, have limitations that require personalized assistance to ensure equal access.

CP provides support for boarding and alighting for customers with specific mobility needs through the Integrated Mobility Service (SIM).

  • The service is available on all trains and stations for customers who do not use wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
  • For customers who use wheelchairs or mobility scooters, SIM is only available at the stations listed in the Stations with SIM List.
