European network promotes inclusion in transport

Diogo Martins, CP Advisor for Customers with Specific Needs, is part of the new European Network of Ambassadors for Inclusion and Diversity in Transport, promoted by the European Commission, which aims to contribute to a more inclusive transport sector, both in terms of employment and service use.

The network comprises 92 ambassadors from 23 countries, including operators, users, and academics, and is expected to yield concrete proposals for European policies and regulations.

Diogo Martins' presence will enable CP to obtain information and best practices in the area of inclusive mobility, promoting diversity in the railway sector.

KPMG Spain is currently operationalising the network of diversity ambassadors, and the work of this network is restarting.
