Train&Bus ticket

Travel for a full day on trains and buses with the Train&Bus ticket.

Buy a single ticket to travel by train and bus to various areas of the Sintra region, including the Pena Palace and Monserrate Palace. Don't waste time buying separate tickets!
This ticket is valid for travel by train on the Sintra, Cascais, and Azambuja lines (between Alcântara-Terra and Lisboa Oriente) and on Scotturb routes 434 (between Sintra station and Pena Palace) and 435 (between Sintra station and Monserrate Palace).

The ticket is valid for 1 day, for an unlimited number of journeys, to be used on the day it was bought, until the last train/bus of the day.


 

  • Ticket price: €14
  • The ticket is loaded onto the Navegante Occasional Card and is valid for a single holder;
  • The Navegante Occasional card has an additional cost of €0.50 and is valid for 1 year;
  • It can be purchased at any ticket office or at the Lisbon urban train ticket vending machines on the Sintra Line;
  • Keep the receipt until the ticket expires.
  • You can choose to buy online by purchasing a voucher, which must be exchanged at a ticket office for the Train&Bus ticket before starting the journey.
  • By completing the purchase, you accept the general terms and specific conditions of Train&Bus.
  • The voucher must be exchanged only once at a station on the Sintra or Azambuja lines.
  • Present the voucher in printed or digital format.
  • The Train&Bus ticket is loaded onto an occasional Navegante card:
    • The voucher does not include the card; if you don't have one, you can buy it at the ticket office.
    • The card must be validated before travelling.
    • Do not load other tickets onto the same card until the Train&Bus has expired.
  • Train&Bus cannot be exchanged or refunded, including the individual journeys it offers
