CP - Comboios de Portugal won a Silver Award (2nd place) at the Transport Ticketing Awards for its project to digitise the Green Rail Pass.

This innovative system drives more accessible, sustainable mobility for residents in Portugal.

The Transport Ticketing Awards are among the most prestigious international accolades in the ticketing and smart mobility sectors, recognising projects, organisations and technological solutions that drive innovation in public transport systems. 

Among the initiatives honoured, particular emphasis is placed on advances in digital payments, multimodal integration, and user experience.

Being nominated, and even more so winning an award in the Digital Innovation category, represents significant recognition of the ability to develop disruptive, efficient and user-centred technological solutions.

This distinction reinforces credibility, global market positioning and the ability to attract partners, investment and new opportunities, confirming the real impact of these initiatives on the digital transformation of the mobility sector.

Being included in a series of internationally renowned projects and organisations, many of which involve large-scale investments, is a source of particular pride for CP. 

Winning a Silver Award (2nd place) for an internal project, designed and implemented exclusively by the company, is a significant milestone.
