Locations: 12 vacancies for the North, 9 vacancies for the Centre, 50 vacancies for the Lisbon Metropolitan Area and 2 vacancies in the Algarve.


General Functions:

  • Check tickets on trains in transit and on platforms;
  • Provide support to the train driver when necessary;
  • Support and provide information to passengers on trains and on platforms.

 

Working Hours:

Shift work schedule with irregular hours, covering day and night shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, with rotating breaks (2 breaks for every 5 days of work).


Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Educational qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
  • Good knowledge of English.

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Professional experience in commercial activities, customer service and surveillance of people and property;
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.

Selection Process:

Candidates will undergo psychological assessment, English language proficiency testing, interview and medical examination. Access to the professional category of Ticket Inspector is subject to attendance at a specific training course, lasting approximately 5 months, and passing the respective final assessment exam.
