About the Role
We are recruiting Ticket Inspectors, whose main responsibility is to check tickets, provide support and information to passengers and contribute to the quality, safety and efficiency of the rail service.
Main Responsibilities
- To check tickets on trains or at the entrances to platforms;
- To assist and provide information to passengers, in person and/or via the systems and channels provided by the company;
- To carry out, where necessary, support duties for the train driver, including assisting with brake tests, in accordance with current regulations;
- To carry out the safety duties necessary for rail operations, within the scope of their responsibilities, namely those relating to the on-board attendant and the completion of the service, and in the event of an accident or incident.
Working Hours
Shift-based working pattern with irregular hours, including day and night shifts, work at weekends and on public holidays, with rotating rest periods.
Mandatory Requirements
- Educational qualifications equivalent to the 12th year of schooling or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of oral English.
- Preferred Requirements
- Professional experience in commercial activities, customer service or the security of people and property;
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French;
- Proficiency in using computer systems and technological equipment.

Selection Process
- Candidates will undergo a psychological assessment, an English language test, an interview and a medical examination;
- Entry into the ticket inspector category requires a specific training course lasting approximately 5 months and passing the relevant final assessment exam.

- Criminal Record Certificate, to be submitted for the purpose of entering into the employment contract.
