About the Role

Would you like to help transform the way a national railway company learns, develops skills and prepares for the future? We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn, a critical mind and the energy to help redesign training processes, content and experiences, supporting a team that is strengthening its strategic approach to training, skills management and talent development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the Annual Training Plan, from the assessment and identification of training needs through to monitoring implementation and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives;
  • Collaborate in the preparation, organisation and delivery of training initiatives, ensuring the necessary support for their development;
  • Participate in the review of methodologies, content and training pathways, helping to make training more relevant, effective and results-oriented;
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of the skills management system, promoting the quality of information, the standardisation of processes, integration with the training process and data-driven decision-making;
  • Participate in the improvement of administrative and digital training processes, as well as in the monitoring of the skills plan;
  • Collaborate on talent development projects, including leadership and professional development programmes.

 

Mandatory Requirements

  • A Master’s in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management or Educational Sciences.

 

Skills

  • Professional experience in people management, particularly in training or skills management (preferred);
  • Strong IT skills from a user’s perspective, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Copilot (preferred);
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) (preferred);
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM or SAP Success Factors (preferred);
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong organisational and planning skills;
  • Good verbal communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Good ability to adapt to new situations and working methods;
  • A strong sense of responsibility and proactivity;
  • Attitudes and behaviour guided by high standards of ethics and loyalty.
