About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technician to join the Information Technology Department, responsible for the implementation, development, and support of SAP solutions, ensuring that systems are stable, integrated, and evolve, aligned with business needs and in accordance with SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and SAP BTP;
- Develop, maintain and optimise SAP ABAP programmes for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA;
- Create and customise reports, interfaces, forms and other enhancements;
- Participate in migration and integration projects between SAP systems and in the implementation of integrations between SAP and external systems (via IDoc, RFC, Web Services, API, OData);
- Support migration projects to S/4HANA and integration with SAP SuccessFactors;
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams on requirements analysis and solution design;
- Ensure code quality and compliance with SAP best practices.
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Mathematics or related fields;
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of complementary languages (e.g. JavaScript, HTML5, SQL) and Fiori;
- SAP certifications (ECC, S/4 HANA, BTP, SAC and Datasphere).
Skills
- Proficiency/solid experience of three years or more in ABAP programming (including ABAP OO, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements);
- Proven experience, having participated in one or more projects, in the migration/implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA;
- Over one year’s experience with SAP BTP and development tools (e.g. OData Services, UI5/Fiori and, optionally, Neptune DXP);
- Over one year’s experience in integrations and extensions with SAP SuccessFactors (preferably the Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting and Learning modules);
- Ability to organise, synthesise and work with precision;
- Focus on problem-solving and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to adapt to new situations or new working methods;
- Initiative and proactivity;
- Ethics, loyalty and an exemplary professional attitude.
