Oeste line - Resumption of rail service and replacement bus service

From 16 March.

From 16 March 2026, rail service on the Oest line will be partially resumed between Caldas da Rainha and Coimbra B. The InterRegional trains no. 800, 801, 802, 803, 804 and 805 will operate with extraordinary stops at the stations of Salir do Porto, Famalicão da Nazaré and Pataias (timetable available soon).

Between Lisboa Santa Apolónia ↔ Mira Sintra-Meleças, trains no. 21810, 21811, 21812, 21813, 26409 and 26414 will operate.
Between Mira Sintra-Meleças ↔ Caldas da Rainha, a replacement bus service will be provided.

On the replacement bus service, journey times may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions.

The replacement bus service cannot carry wheelchairs, bicycles or scooters. Small pets can be taken if they are in an appropriate container that can be carried as hand luggage.

Group tickets are not accepted on the replacement bus service.
