About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Audit and Risk Department, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and analytical ability. The role involves document management and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the Audit and Risk Department, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes, organisation and support;
  • Collect, process, organise, distribute and file information and documents (both physical and digital), ensuring their traceability and confidentiality;
  • Monitor deadlines, requests and administrative workflows, ensuring they are correctly tracked and met in a timely manner;
  • Support the management of proposals, internal requests, requisitions and other documents within the department;
  • Support the preparation of management reporting information for the governing body;
  • Organise the management’s diary, as well as scheduling meetings, booking rooms and providing logistical support for these;
  • Ensure coordination between the Audit and Risk Department and other departments.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Educational qualifications equivalent to the 12th year of schooling.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficiency in administrative practices;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as support for teamwork in a collaborative environment (Teams, SharePoint).
