Green Rail Pass now available on the gov.pt app

Simplicity and convenience for the travelling public.

Passengers can now integrate the Green Rail Pass into the gov.pt app, allowing holders to add the travel pass to their digital wallet by authenticating via the Digital Mobile Key, complementing the digital solution that CP has been offering since 1 September 2025 on the CP app.

With this integration, passengers can present the pass directly on a mobile phone for inspection, retaining the same legal validity as the physical version and providing a simpler, more practical, and more convenient experience.

The Green Rail Pass on the gov.pt app represents another step in the modernisation and digitalisation of services, facilitating passenger access to rail transport through more efficient and accessible digital solutions.
