CP Website: Digital Mobile Key

Launching a New E-Authentication Method.

The project consists of the deployment and subsequent integration of a new electronic authentication method on CP's institutional website: the Digital Mobile Key (Chave Móvel Digital or CMD).

By replacing the traditional user registration—which is often associated with the use of vulnerable passwords—this solution not only strengthens the security of the authentication process but also the protection of personal data.

As a means of authentication and digital signature duly certified by the Portuguese State, the CMD allows access to various portals through a single login, thus dispensing with the creation of multiple registrations and the use of various credentials.

The interoperability established between various platforms will also streamline the request for mobility cards on CP's institutional website.
