ANDA

It is intended for young people resident in Portugal, up to the age of 30, who meet at least one of the following conditions:

• Students who, regardless of age, complete their secondary education (ensino secundário) during the 2024/2025 academic year;
• Young people who are aged between 18 and 30, inclusive, during the year 2025.

Upon registration on the platform, the beneficiary will obtain:

• 6 nights' accommodation on the Youth Hostel network managed by Movijovem;
• A voucher* granting access to 7 consecutive days of unlimited rail travel on CP services.

The benefit can only be used once and cannot be split or used in stages.

*The voucher is non-exchangeable and non-refundable, as are the travel rights it provides, all of which must be used by 4th July 2026."

The participant must wait at least two working days (two business days) before exchanging the voucher at a CP ticket office, where they must present:

• The voucher issued on the 'Anda Conhecer Portugal' platform, either in digital or paper format;
• Official identification (ID).

The voucher will be exchanged free of charge at the CP ticket office for a 'Navegante Ocasional' Card loaded with an authorisation for CP travel requests. The customer must inform the services they intend to use and the first day of validity for the ANDA/travel.

This 'Navegante' Card does not serve as a travel ticket; it acts as a justification document for the issuance of CP tickets.

The following services may be used: Intercidades (Second Class) – subject to a free, mandatory seat reservation at a CP ticket office, InterRegional, Regional, and Urban Trains in Lisbon, Coimbra, and Porto.
