The customer assistance offices are spaces that have been designed exclusively for our customers and their purpose is to provide personal customer care regarding train times, connections with other transport networks, complaints/suggestions, lost and found, and so on. 

The customer assistance offices provide information about all our products and services: Lisbon, Oporto and Coimbra urban services, Long-Distance, Regional/InterRegional and International.

Opening hours and locations:

  • Lisbon Santa Apolónia - 9h10 to 17h50,  every day.
  • Lisbon Oriente - 7:15 - 22:10, every day.
  • Cais do Sodré - 8:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 - 16:45, working days. 
  • Rossio - 8:00 to 12:00 / 13:00 - 16:45, working days. 
  • Oporto São Bento - 9:15 - 17:45, every day - at ticket office.
  • Oporto Campanhã - 8:20 - 17:00, every day - at ticket office.
