Visit the Aguda coastal station

Gather up a group of teachers and colleagues, or your parents and grandparents and come and visit the Aguda Coastal Station.

You can visit the Fisheries Museum, where you can learn how they used to fish in the old days and the knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation. But the best part are the 15 aquariums inhabited by more than 1,000 individuals of about 60 species that represent the marine life that is typical of the waters around Aguda.
Now I'm off to Aguda beach and the day flies past in a moment, pay attention to the boats that go out and come back with fish and the way the tides go in and out …

When: Every day. 
              Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 18:00.
              Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.

Where: Beside Aguda beach(Vila Nova de Gaia), about a 5-minute walk from Aguda station.
