Payshop agents

It's becoming more and more practical to travel on the Porto urban trains.

You can buy or top up your CP and Andante tickets at one any Payshop agent throughout the Porto, Braga and Aveiro districts.

Present your Andante or Siga card at a Payshop agent and say how many journeys you want to top up. If you don't have a card yet, you can buy one and top up the journeys you want.
At the end you get a receipt which you should keep until the card expires.

Present your Andante Card or CP Card (valid for Porto urban trains) at a Payshop agent and top up your pass. If you want to change the type of pass, go to a ticket office in the stations.

Tickets and passes are only considered valid once they have been validated.

CP Card and Siga Card
These must be validated no more than 15 minutes before the train's scheduled departure time. Do not validate the card again if you change trains.

Andante cards
You must validate this card when you start a journey, when you change line or transport and regardless of your card. You can validate it no more than 10 minutes before starting your journey.

You must have a ticket before starting the journey, provided that it is available for sale at the boarding point or in the area surrounding the station - 200 metres around the station.
If one of these conditions is met, on-board purchase is not permitted.
