Under the terms of the most recent wording of Law 28/2006 of 4 July, you are subject to a fine of a minimum of (euro) 120 and a maximum of (euro) 350 on urban and regional routes up to 50 km and a fine with a minimum of (euro) 250 and a maximum of (euro) 700 for journeys over 50 km.
