Promo ticket

The advance refers to the day of travel, up to a limit of 60 days, valid for all destinations:

• 5 to 7 days in advance: Discount of up to 56%;
• 8 or more days in advance: Discount of up to 65%.

Buy your ticket from any of the available sales channels, 5 or more days in advance.

• Limited offer: The discount only applies to the special offer seats available on each train. Once these seats are sold out, the full price will apply;
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers including return tickets.
• Rounded prices: The ticket price is rounded up to the nearest 50 cents.

Please note:
The offer is limited and subject to availability of the seats reserved for this promotion.

• Promo tickets: Can be exchanged, but not refunded;
• Return tickets: If only one of the journeys has been purchased with the Promo Discount, the ticket cannot be refunded;
• Ticket exchanges: the Promo Ticket purchase conditions apply. 

Exchanging to another train time with no Promo Tickets: If there are no Promo Tickets available for the new date or time slot desired, the exchange will be made for a non-discounted ticket and the price difference will be charged,
