Reimbursements and Renewals - Reinstatement of General Conditions

Please be advised that the exceptional conditions for refunds and ticket renewals, implemented in response to the constraints generated by the Covid-19 pandemic, are in force until 30 September 2022.

As of 1 October 2022, the previous conditions are reinstated and can be found under Useful information on trains and tickets or at ticket offices.
