Change of offer – from January 16

CP hereby informs you that according to the following the measures decreed under the state of emergency, CP will temporarily reduce the circulation of Intercidades trains from January 2016, 2021.

Alfa Pendular trains have also been adjusted. Check the notice here.

Customers who have already purchased tickets to travel on Intercidades trains, which do not take place, are allowed a refund of the total value of the ticket, or its reissuance, without fees:

  • up to 30 minutes before the departure of the train from the customer's station of origin:

    • At cp.pt, in the “Your tickets” area (for tickets purchased at the Online Ticket Office and CP App);
    • At cp.pt, by filling in the online form and sending the original ticket scan and indicating the name, postal address, IBAN and taxpayer number;
    • At the CP ticket offices.
  • up to 10 days after the original travel date:
    • At the CP ticket offices;
    • At cp.pt, by filling in the online form and sending the original ticket scan and indicating the name, postal address, IBAN and taxpayer number;

After this period the regulated fees shall apply.
