CP has been following the information and guidelines of the Directorate-General of Health (DGS) regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, where the following preventive measures are included:
- Awareness of Employees and Customers about preventive behaviours;
- Strengthening sanitation, deep cleaning and disinfection of trains, especially of the most used surfaces;
- Strengthening sanitation and disinfection of air conditioning filters;
- Procedures for identification, treatment and referral of suspicious cases.
- There are also specific spaces under preparation in specific locations for supporting suspicious cases.
