Cascais line - Replacement bus service - Cascais-Oeiras - since 11 March

Ongoing modernisation works on the Cascais Line, means trains on the Cascais - Oeiras - Cascais section are suspended at certain times from 11 March 2024.

Given the need to minimise the effects of the disruption, the work will mostly take place at night, with connections being provided via a replacement bus service.[1]

[1] - Replacement buses for the scheduled trains. 

The replacement buses are clearly identified, and the locations of the stops can also be found at the Customer Assistance Offices and CP Ticket Offices.

There is only a guaranteed bus connection for  the last train of the night bound for Cais do Sodré between Cascais and Oeiras.

The replacement bus service has access ramps for reduced mobility passengers.

Bicycles are not allowed.

Small pets can be taken if the animal is in an appropriate container that can be carried as hand luggage.

Group tickets are not valid on the replacement bus service.
