Santo António of Lisbon

Celebrate the patron saint of Lisbon on June 12 and 13 and then get back home on special trains.

Every June, Lisbon gets all dressed for its finest colours, smells and entertainment in the streets and lanes of its typical neighbourhoods. The highlight of the festivities in the night of Santo António between June 12 and 13, when the wedding saint is celebrated with popular processions and dancers in Avenida da Liberdade

After the party, you can get back home on special trains on the Sintra/Azambuja and Cascais lines.

Use the Rossio, Cais do Sodré and Lisbon Santa Apolónia stations to get to the festivities.

Note: On the night of 12 June, the modernisation works and the associated replacement bus service between Oeiras and Cascais will be suspended.
