Get ready for a journey through time in the only narrow-gauge line with commercial services and on board of one of the historical passenger coaches from the early 20th century. A heritage train from which is part the historic CP 9004 diesel locomotive.
The Vouga Historical Train runs from Aveiro until Macinhata do Vouga were you can visit the Railway Museum and in the return trip, you can enjoy and have the opportunity to visit Águeda's historic center.

One day program
Departure from Aveiro at 13:40 and arrival in Macinhata do Vouga at 15:00;
Entertainment at Macinhata do Vouga station with typical folk songs of the region and a small market with regional products.
Visit to the Macinhata do Vouga Railway Museum.
Departure from Macinhata do Vouga at 16:25;
Stop of almost one hour and thirty minutes in Águeda were you will have the opportunity to visit the city center, the riverside area as well as the several shops with regional products were it is possible to enjoy local gastronomy and traditional Águeda pastry.
It is also an opportunity to visit the “Umbrella Sky” project on the on the dates of the event.
Departure from Águeda at 18h18 and arrival in Aveiro at 19:07.
Note: due to the pandemic, it is mandatory to use mask on board during the trip.
