Adventure along trails that are as stunning as they are filled with history. Smell the sea breeze and enjoy the sand dunes, marshes, salt pans and streams.

ECOTOURISM - Culture and Nature in Ria Formosa
This programme is available with departures from Lisbon and Pinhal Novo (Alfa Pendular/Intercidades trains) or Lagos and Vila Real de Santo António Regional trains).
- Welcome reception at Faro station with a Formosamar guide and beginning of the tour;
- Walking tour of the Old Town, Arabic Door of the XI century, the Roman Forum, the Episcopal Palace/Seminary, tunnels of the XI century or visit the ancient Porta Secreta do Templo dos Árabes and the Arco do Repouso, which lasts about 2 hours;
- Lunch break (not included in the programme);
- Traditional boat trip through the Ria Formosa channels, lasting two hours;
- Return to Faro station.
Includes: journeys, personal accident insurances, technical equipment, guides and the described activities.
