The project changes the conception of the current spaces, evolving to a shop concept and is based on a more contemporary, uniform image, materialized in simple lines and that guarantees the graphic identity of the brand.
The new shops will now aggregate several of the company's services in a single area, privileging the ease of access to information through interactive multimedia devices for consulting and purchasing CP products, queue management, customer support areas and merchandising sales.
The main objectives of the ongoing renovation are to provide greater comfort, faster customer service and, at the same time, to provide the spaces with better working conditions, for the company's employees.
Of the 18 ticket office spaces included in the project, the Belém sales point was the first to be renovated, having opened to the public in 2020.
After the opening of the Cascais sales point, the project continues with the renovation of the Porto São Bento and Entroncamento spaces.
