In the 2020 edition, the tour will once again take place along the Douro Line, with a special train, in 1st or 2nd class, between Oporto Campanhã and Pocinho, complemented by three bus circuits.
As such, on Saturdays 7, 14, 21 and 28 the special train leaves Oporto Campanhã at 7h05 to Pocinho. From this station, one can choose from the following circuits:
- CIRCUIT A: Pocinho – Côa Museum (guided tour) – Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo (lunch) – Castelo Rodrigo (free time) – Barca D’Alva (free time) – Penedo Durão (panoramic vew) – Freixo de Espada à Cinta (free time) – Pocinho;
- CIRCUIT B: Freixo Numão – Penedono (free time) – Trancoso (lunch) – Marialva (guided tour) – Côa Museum (guided tour) – Foz Côa (free time) – Pocinho;
- CIRCUIT C – Pocinho – Torre de Moncorvo (free time) – Mogadouro (lunch and free time) – Archeology Museum of Mogadouro (guided tour) – Cerejais Sanctuary (panoramic view) – Vila Flor (free time) – Pocinho.
To return, the special train leaves from Pocinho station at 19h50.
According to the circuit chosen, the price for adults varies between 44 and 42 euros in 1st class and between 39 and 36 euros in 2nd class.
For children, the price in 1st class varies between 25 and 24 euros, while in 2nd class it is between 22 and 20 euros.
