Senior Technical Staff – Planning and Management Support (Sales Department)
Location: Lisbon, Santa Apolónia (with travel required to carry out the role)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technician with a focus on management control and business analysis, capable of transforming data into relevant information to support decision-making and monitor the Sales Department’s activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the Sales Department’s annual and multi-annual planning processes, including the consolidation of contributions to the Company’s Business Plan and Budgets;
- Monitor the performance of the Sales Department and the services provided by the Company, through the regular analysis of management indicators and the identification of opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare studies, reports and management information to support decision-making;
- Collect, process, validate, consolidate and analyse statistical, financial, commercial and operational information, ensuring that it is consistent and of good quality;
- Ensure the preparation, processing and reporting of information intended for internal and external entities, in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and institutional obligations;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sales Department’s planning, monitoring and reporting processes.
Essential Requirements
- A degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Economics or Finance.
Skills
- Good knowledge of data analysis and information processing;
- Good knowledge of management support and management control tools;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with a particular focus on Excel;
- Good analytical and summarising skills, and a critical mind;
- Strong organisational skills, with a focus on planning and prioritisation;
- Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges;
- A spirit of initiative, proactivity and commitment to defined objectives;
