About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, organised Administrative Assistant with a proactive attitude to join our Sales Management team, providing administrative support for the department’s activities and contributing to the efficiency of processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support for the company’s commercial activities, ensuring efficient processes and organisation;
- Ensure the collection, processing and distribution of information in various formats;
- Support the management and monitoring of proposals, contracts, orders and documentation for the department;
- Receive, manage and distribute stationery and consumables to stations in the Algarve;
- Ensure the collection and distribution of station mail;
- Carry out tasks related to the operation of the CP card production centre.
Essential Requirements
- Qualifications equivalent to the 12th year of schooling.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably with a link to the sales sector;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Driving licence.
