Generic functions:

• Carrying out the sale, accounting and forwarding of revenue from the sale of tickets, namely at ticket offices, other sales points or on trains, as well as providing information to passengers and/or the general public, in accordance with the regulations in force.

Working hours:

• A rostered work schedule with irregular hours, covering day and night periods, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Mandatory Application Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualifications: 12th year of schooling, to be proved by submitting a school leaving certificate;
• Good knowledge of English.

Preferred Candidate Skills:

• Professional experience in commercial activities, customer service and care of people and goods;
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
