The comfort and safety of the Alfa Pendular offers the perfect environment to work or relax during your trips.

The Alfa Pendular trains have, apart from the specific services for Conforto and Turística classes, a Cafetaria, mini-bar, audio and video channels (earphones on request), baby changing facilities, WCs and places specially for reduced mobility passengers.

CP now has a new place specially thought out for those moments when you need to have a break.

The CP Lounge in Oriente, waiting is no longer synonymous with wasting time. The pleasant space is open from 5:45 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. (week days) and 6:45 a.m to 10:45  p.m. (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) and offers a range of services.

You have personalised service, information about CP products and services, arrival and departure times, air conditioning, an area of relaxing, reading and business meetings, TV, internet, background music, daily papers and drinks.

The space is open to passengers travelling on Alfa Pendular (Classe Conforto), CP/B2B, Lusitânia Comboio Hotel (Gran Classe and Preferente) and Sud Expresso (Gran Classe e Preferente).

There are areas specially set aside for passengers with reduced mobility so they can enjoy their journey.

The Alfa Pendular is equipped with:

• Access lifts to raise and lower wheel-chairs between the platform and the train;
• Two reserved places;
• Properly equipped toilets.
