| Bike Transport |
Bikes travel for free on the Urban and Regional trains. It's ecological, healthy and costs nothing. You can take your bike for free any time of day. There are, however, a few conditions that have to be taken into consideration:: -
Each passenger can only take one bike; -
CP is not responsible for any damage caused by or to the bikes; -
Passengers are responsible for putting the bikes on and off the trains; -
The bikes must not disturb the other passengers or block the accesses; -
The bikes cannot be riden in the stations, concourses, underpasses or bridges; -
If you are going to travel on a regional train, speak to the ticket inspector to see if there is space available. The inspector will issue your ticket if there is space; -
The bikes should preferably be carried in the specially marked carriages on urban trains.
